Instructions to Applicants:
1. Choose the appropriate
Type of Membership/ Age Group and click on the Radio Button.
2. Scroll down and fill in the Amex Card details accordingly for all the Items selected for payments.
3. If you are making payments for for a Two Year Membership Term or for more than 1 Applications with different Categories and Age Groups: Please indicate in the Remarks Column where applicable….
4. Remember to Add Golfer’s Insurance if you require the Services. Please take note that Golfer’s Insurance runs concurrently with your Membership Time Line and would be terminated upon the expiry of the Membership. (Check Details)
5. Upon receipt of your payments, we will proceed to arrange for the printing of your new Membership Card.
6. By making payments through this electronic gateway, you have agreed and consented to the use of personal data for the purpose of making payments for our products and services. All data received shall be treated as restricted information and shall not be stored or reused for any other purposes. The privacy and confidential nature of the data shall be maintained and for Safety and Security reasons, all data shall be destroyed after its intended use.
7. Golf Allianze shall not be responsible for any delays, loss of data arising from Server breakdowns, power failures or from any unforeseen circumstances. The Onus is on the Buyers to inform Golf Allianze if they do not receive any form of acknowledgements from forms or payments sent electronically.
8. Members/ Subscribers shall
have no recourse against Golf Allianze Pte Ltd, it’s Staff, Management, Managing Agents and or Partners in Alliance.
