Members who wish to do an Internal Transfer may do so by  filling in the necessary details in this Form.

 Example:

 Convert Social to Handicap Maintenance
 (Gold to Platinum),

 Convert Handicap Maintenance to Social
 (Platinum to Gold)

 

 

 Please note that an Internal Transfer is only possible during

 the  current validity period of your Membership.

 This service option is not applicable for Members whose  Membership had expired.
