PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS:
Upon the successful submission of your renewal request, an acknowledgment will then prompted you to the Payment Page where the Prevailing Renewal Rates are listed accordingly for your kind perusal.
Please take note that your Renewal Application will only be processed upon receiving your payments.
We sincerely look forward to your kind understanding on this matter.
Applications which are incomplete due to insufficient data or lack of required materials will not be processed. Usually the processing time schedule is about 1 week (7 working days) . Please take note that there will be a Reinstate Fee of $30.00 levied for all Expired Membership and Handicap Cards.
MEMBERSHIP PHOTO FOR RENEWAL:
Photos submitted during the initial registration will be reused for the Renewal Card. Please let us know if you would like to use a more recent photo instead. You may submit your new photo either by email to (membership@golfallianze.com) or WhatsApp to (9665 0100)
DELIVERY:
Upon completion, Cards will be mailed out to the respective Members via Sing Post at no extra charge.
However, a fee of $30.00 is chargeable should you require the Membership Card to be sent by Courier Service. (Local destinations only). Members may also collect their Card from our Office, directly.
GOLFER’S INSURANCE:
The golfer’s group insurance services are exclusively for our Members only. Please remember to indicate and make payments for golf insurance if you would like to take up the option. Members who have opted not to take our optional services are advised to be adequately insured.
BYE LAWS AND CONSTITUTIONS:
All Applicants upon acceptance of the Membership are governed by the Bye Laws of the Club stated in the Constitution. Applicants are kindly advised to read and understand the Bye Laws, Constitutions, Terms & Conditions stated in our Website, prior to the submission of this Application for Renewal.
DATA PROTECTION:
By signing up for any products or services offered by us, you are deemed to have agreed & consented to the use of Personal Data for the purpose of receiving membership updates or interaction with us. For Marketing purposes, images of membership cards may be used without prejudice on our websites and promotional materials. For instance photos from our Club Events and Activities may be feature our Members during interaction and networking sessions. Such use of images are for the purpose of building the social and membership comradeship unity amongst our members and friends in the club. This helps instil a sense of belonging to this place we call “Our Home Club”
COLLECTION OF IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
By signing up for Special Products and or Optional Services offered by us for instance, Golfer’s Insurance etc , which require Identification Documents like NRIC, BC, FIN Numbers or Passport details; You are deemed to have agreed & consented to the use of such Personal Data for the purpose of verification and legal documentation.

Validity Period for Promotions offering Discounts, Loyalty Programs, Member’s Benefits & Privileges are subject to changes without prior notice. Members shall have no recourse against Golf Allianze Pte Ltd, its Management, Managing Agents, Committee Members, Officers & Teaching Professionals including all participating Golf Clubs, Academies, Eateries, Retail Outlets/ other Affiliates & Associates in alliance.

If you are making payments for a duration of more than a 1 Year Term Membership or for more than
1 Applicant with different Categories and Age Groups; You may indicate remarks such as Name, Membership Number/ Reference Number etc where applicable …. Please also let us know once a payment has been done by sending us an Email, Text or a WhatsApp message. . . .
We will notify and update your good self upon receipt of your payments. Following which, we will proceed to arrange for the printing of your new Membership Card. * Terms and Conditions Apply.
